another reason to hate toronto drivers

dear friends,

sad story out of the beaches this morning. little otie (who has grown up since this picture) was the victim of a hit and run. the bad driver took off and left otie with a broken leg, which now sports a little blue cast. it looks like he will be okay in the end... but it is the saddest thing ever.
